About Isabel

The clown behind the nose
Isabel Daniel is a creative from Texas enjoying big city life in NYC. She has worked as a copywriter specializing in copyediting, lifestyle blogs, and branding, in addition to freelance work in content writing, event planning, website design, and marketing strategy. Isabel is currently working full time on a novel.
Isabel received a BA in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies from Fordham University. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
Isabel is a writer of poetry, fiction, and many bad jokes. She served as the Editor-in-Chief of her school's Literary and Arts Publication, The Comma. Her involvement in the publication illuminated her love of publishing, exploring the relationship between written and visual art, harnessing the power of creative community, and organizing her heart out. Can't help being a Virgo!
A self-described clown, Isabel loves everything colorful, vibrant, and silly. When not scouring the thesaurus to find the perfect word, Isabel enjoys exploring antique shops, collaging, drinking sickeningly sweet iced coffee, making lists, and watching reality TV with loved ones.
